Monique Lanette Donaldson, a mother of five, is a native of Cleveland.  She received her bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio.  She watched every episode of Law and Order and read Agatha Christie literature growing up.  Her late cousin inspired her to write her stories.

Ms. Donaldson has lupus and is a breast cancer survivor.  She decided now is the time to get her books published and to live life.  When she is not writing, she volunteers in her local community.
