Mz Shay is a U.S. Navy veteran who currently resides in Georgia. She was born and raised in

Texas. She is currently in her 2 nd year of her Doctoral program in Homeland Security Policy and

Coordination. Mz Shay has been married since 2000 and they have two children.

Although she is out of the military, she continues to work within the military realm. Mz Shay has

a total of 8 published novels. “Just Love Me: De’Asia’s Journey” is her debut novel. When she

is not working with injured Soldiers or writing novels, she is focused on her family.
